Day Two!
Ok… day 2.. and I’m still alive to blog! Actually, today was far much better than yesterday… here’s the menu for today:
All vegetables. You are encouraged to eat until you are stuffed with all the new and cooked vegetables of your choice. There is no limit on the account or type. Avoid oil and coconut while cooking vegetables. Have large boiled potato for breakfast.
Well… so, you can see how my day started this morning… with a potato!!! At first, I was craving for the tuber since I’d been having fruits for the past 24 hours, but after half was done, I was already beginning to dislike it! Mind you, I’d seasoned it with salt and black pepper too!!!
Office was terrible today… P’Oy and Neung were really creating temptations which I overcame with not too much difficulty! There they were showing me chocolates, sweet pancakes and chocolate cakes… you name it, they had to bring it to the office today? I stayed away from that corner through out today.
I however couldn’t stay away from the restroom! Even in the middle of a major meeting!
Eating today is easy ‘cos you can always get yourself a vegetable salad or a vegetable soup!
How do I feel? A bit of a headache… either too much water (is that a reason?) or not much energy! I hope it’s not too dangerous for my health…. After all, I ain’t obese! At least, not yet!
